I have been with Pool Chlor for close to a year now, they have a good price and show up when they say and do their job.
I have had a few small issues with my filter, timer, etc. and I just call the office and they check it out and usually just a quick easy fix with no charge. They call with anything they see in a weekly service that they can help with (make sure you sweep walls in between, check in the skimmer for kids toys!, etc.)
All in all they have been a great compnay to deal with.

I spent $350 for everything. They were very professional and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. I would use them again in the future.

Pool Chlor is the only company that I used from Angies List. The service went very well but the black algae have not gone yet. They said it will take at least 4 to 6 weeks of time to get rid of the black algae. I was waiting for that to happen so that I could to go to Angies List and give them a review. First time they came in they charged me $144 which is $95 for monthly maintenance and $49 for conditioning which I understand that is to be done for yearly. They charged me $39 for cleaning the pool filter and I also sent the payment for the month of May and that was around $95. The approximate total cost was around $210. They were very quick and very efficient and they seem to be just fine, but I just wanted to wait a little longer in order to feel that they were doing the job that I was hoping for. I would not know where to place them if I had to grade them on price, because I do not know how much other companies charge, but I do feel that they are a little expensive. I have also planned to get estimates from couple of other companies before I continue too much longer with this company. So far they have been satisfactory.

The interaction was very good. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They respond pretty quick and they were on time when I scheduled it.

We just moved into our new home which has a pool which apparently did not get maintained previously to moving in. This pool was so green you could not see threw the water. The pool guy came on time and did his stuff. I was out there the whole time watching and asking questions. He was happy to answer all. He also cleaned out the filter which was in bad shape and at the same time taught me how to do it so I can do on my own. By the time he left my pool was clean and I was more informed about my pool than ever.

I have an older pool heater that stopped working. Pool Chlor came out to diagnose the problem. Dan explained that there could be several causes and told me exactly what he was doing to diagnose the problem. Ultimately the problem was found to be a temperature sensor assembly. Dan spent quite a lot of time checking the system to find the problem and had to order parts for the older system. He had to return to install the part. The part was $66 and labor was a total of $118 which I thought was very reasonable considering the amount of time it took to diagnose and repair the heater problem. I was pleased with the result and felt that my problem was fixed in a professional manner at a reasonable cost.
