Pros
The initial ordering process was painless and very professional.  We were pleased with the quality of the carpet and quality and speed of the installation.  The installers were professional and did great work.  The installers moved our furniture in and out of our room and cleaned up after themselves.
Cons
We have extremely tight schedules that necessitated booking a window of time for the install.  On a few different occasions the scheduler confirmed the time and date of our installation as being the first and only installation for that day.  The morning of the scheduled installation came and we waited for the installers to show up.  We called an hour after they were scheduled to show up and found out that they had moved our installation to one of the last ones of the day.  Long story short, I ended up having to miss an important appointment to come back home for them to do the install.  Extremely frustrating!!
After the installation was complete, the installers asked how we wanted to pay for the balance on our account.  We told them that we had paid for the deposit to which they said we could have the balance placed on the same card.  A couple weeks or so went by and my wife wife was contacted for payment.  They did not have a copy of the original card used for the deposit.  My wife told the office clerk to call me on my cell phone which she never did.  I happened to be home a week or so later when she again called our house.  We were racing out of the house so I told her I would call her back with the credit card info.  I called and left a message for her the next morning on their answering machine.
She called our house and my wife's cell phone numerous times after when I was never home.  My wife kept telling her to call me on my cell phone which she again never did.  I again called her back and left another message for her to call me on my cell phone.  One day I came home and found that she had come to our house demanding payment and threatening to sue us. She acknowledged that they sometimes had issues in communicating with each other.  Since I was there, I gave her the credit credit card to use and expressed our dis-satisfaction with the way she and company handled the payment of our transaction.  The threatening and unprofessional way they handled themselves is what keeps us from recommending them to anyone.  They need some serious help on the organizational structure of their company and management.

THE STORE HAD GOOD SELECTION OF FLOORING AND OFFERED INSTALLATION. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO HOME DEPOT OR LOWES. INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ARRANGED BY THE STORE.

BEAUTIFUL WORK AS WELL AS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE OF COLOR THAT I HAD CHOSEN. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AS PROMISED. I PLAN TO HAVE OTHER WORK PERFORMED.
