It was a terrific visit. I think it was a fair price. I didn't do a lot of shopping around for the maintenance service, so I don't really know what other people charge. They're knowledgeable and responsive and trustworthy.

I emailed for service on a Sunday evening, not expecting an answer until Monday.  Within minutes I got a reply.  Mike was willing to work with my schedule for an appointment.  He was right on time and ready to work.  He found the problem with my very old A/C unit and was willing just to do what was needed to make it work, but also thoroughly explained the advantages of a new unit only when I asked.  The decision to replace that very old unit was entirely mine.  I was pleasantly surprised when he told me they could start and finish that very day and even more pleasantly surprised when he and his crew made it happen.  Each one of the crew was pleasant and hard working.  They went out of the way to keep the work area clean and tidy.  I am thrilled with the way the new unit works!  I am feeling cool air throughout the house in volume I don't think I ever had before.  I am looking forward to conserving energy with a more efficient  unit and saving on those Edison bills!  I would not hesitate to use Novell Custom Heating and Air Conditioning again.

All of our experiences could not have gone better.

He was really professional and didn?t want to charge us for something he didn?t have to do. He wasn?t trying to find things wrong in order to charge us more. He seemed very honest and gave us a discount for future service because he had to come out just to reset the circuit. He was fair and generous. It was a very good experience. As a matter of fact he came out after hours.
