About us

I started in the construction industry at 14 years old pouring concrete foundations. I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. I also come from the water industry working for Olivenhain Municipal Water District in Encinitas CA for over 10 years. My experience ranges in the trades from installing/repairing water mains and pipelines, concrete foundations, painting, electrical, carpentry, flooring, plumbing and general remodeling. The combination of education along with field experience makes me a well rounded and qualified contractor. I am also currently a Certified Home Inspector. My personable nature and genuine interest in my clients ensures that everyone will receive the best service possible.

Instead of taking the easy fix and just replacing the broken part which could've cost me additional he took the time to repair it and it's still working perfectly fine today after 3 months. He also took care of my water pressure issue and gave me tips and tricks on how to manage and prevent water pressure. I highly recommend!

I had a very long list of honey-dos on the newly purchased home that was already remodeled but I wanted some things changed and of course with a new home on an inspection you can’t catch everything that might not e up to par so I had some plumbing issues with a leak in the toilet and dish washer which had to be repaired immediately I’ve also had a new fence put up in my front and side yard. I’ve required some light paint and a new wall made of wood (shiplap) not pre fabricated and everything has turned out better than expected. We also changed ALL the lighting in the new home which Loren was able to install. He’s very thorough and priced right as well as professional. Wouldn’t use anyone else. He’s worth the wait when he’s booked up.
