He did a perfect job. It's breathtakingly gorgeous. The very narrow
grout lines are almost invisible, so the walls almost look like solid
slabs of marble. The shower floor herringbone pattern is beautiful. It
also drains perfectly (no puddles or standing water anywhere), and
dries quickly. It's been 14 months since the installation and there is
no mold, no leaks, no problems. The bathroom floor is equally beautiful
and perfect. Mark is a true artist with tile. He works with his son,
so it's a very nice family atmosphere. They do not work quickly (from
my perspective), and they are rather expensive, but our feeling, in the
end, is that the quality shows and is worth it. Mark did have his own
ideas about the design - which were much more elaborate than we wanted.
We wanted a cleaner, simpler look, and we had to insist that he do what
we wanted - which he did. (This is something to keep in mind if you
hire him.) But, overall, it was a very pleasant experience having him
in our home for several weeks, and we would definitely turn to him for
future tile projects. First class craftsman with an artistic
imagination.

I paid them a total of $12000 for their services. The guy who did the work is an expert and an experienced craftsman. He does perfect work. He has an artistic eye. He is easy to work with. I am very happy with the product and the results. I would use him again in the future.
