Jeff Curti an accomplished real estate professional in the states of California and Arizona, he is experienced in sales and investments giving buyers and sellers impeccable service. Mr. Curti maintains a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry completing 50 hours of continuing education every four years, including all applicable real estate laws and regulations. Jeff has a tremendous amount of real estate negotiation knowledge and problem solving experience. In early 2000, Jeff began his venture with investing in real estate. After multiple successful “fix and flips” Jeff began subdividing and developing land in Arizona. In 2005, Jeff obtained his California real estate license and shortly after he obtained his Arizona real estate license. In 2008, during the housing downfall Jeff was contacted by Fannie Mae (Federal National Housing Administration) to sell foreclosed homes on their behalf. During the next few years Jeff would win several prestigious real estate awards: Top Closed Agent Top Written Agent Top 200 in GCI Southwest Region Top 100 realtors in the nation While the average agent was selling 4 homes per year, Jeff was selling as many as 143 homes per year. With his career sales volume topping over 500 homes sold. Jeff continues his success while focusing his attention on client relationships and the belief system that clients always come first. Jeff enjoys his career as a realtor and gets the most satisfaction from assisting buyers and sellers in obtaining the American dream of home ownership.
