WE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE ANSWERING SERVICE AND THE OWNER CALLED BACK WITHIN 35 MINUTES. AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION, HE GAVE US AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL OF 2 HOURS AND HE SHOWED UP WITHIN 1 1/2 HOURS. HE REMOVED THE KEY RAPIDLY AND MADE A NEW KEY, TOO. HE WAS VERY NICE AND GAVE US A SPARE KEY, TOO.
