I called them at 11:30 and was told Chris would be there between 12 and 2. He showed up by 1:00 and got right to work. He replaced the hinges, tightened all the screws and replaced the missing ones, adjusted the door and lubed all the moving parts. He was done quickly and left no mess. This was my first time using them and I will use them again if needed.

The installation was great, clean and well done. All of the old parts/wires/etc were removed and the new lines were cleanly run. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is in comparison to the old one. Programming it was a breeze, both to my car and to my iPhone.

Provider was on time. My old garage door opener stopped working last week. I had asked for a quote for a new opener plus installation. There was one extra charge beyond the initial estimate that we discussed and was clearly justified by the need to add additional bracing to the door. We discussed some other work that might be doe\ne in he future (such as a new door), but there was no pressure for any extra purchases or services. Teh etire job took abotu an hour and half. My door is working now more smoothly and quieter than ever.

JMK showed up on time and noticed a few minor repairs that had to be made. He made those extra repairs at a reasonable cost.

The door is now quieter than when I first got it. All this for $85 and he was gone within 30 minutes. I am really impressed and would highly recommend them.

My single car garage door opener, which was a Wayne Dalton iDrive Torque Master, wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced. I called JMK and they told me they could be out the next day to install a new Lift Master opener. They showed up on time and started right to work. They had to cut most of the old one down and put then new one in quickly. They took all of the old opener with them and cleaned up after themselves. It was done fast and looks great.
