+ -1 moreHe's honest, reliable, on-time & does quality work for reasonable prices. I referred my neighbor to him. He's the one I've used forever. He was one of the ones I called again after I tried another provider and he's the one that came in with the most reasonable price. He showed us everything that was wrong. He tore it all out and put it all back together in less time.
