Amazing... I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you and your crew did for my mother.. My mother was terminal with Cancer, and we were hit with a heat wave.. We were extremely happy with their service. They were able to move the unit from downstairs to upstairs in our addict. They were able to put the return vent in the location my husband wanted it in. It was very difficult to do . They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them
