They were excellent. The price was right in there with the other estimates I had. I think the product was superior. The installation was really nice and fast. They were as neat and tidy as you could be. They did all of the sawing outside. They replaced the baseboards for free. They use real wood and not the knock offs. They didn't scuff up anything. They did a very nice job. They let me hold onto the samples for a week and a half which most places won't let you do. I plan on using them again. I will need carpeting soon.
I was very pleased. They were courteous. They spent a lot of time with me and did a lot of hand holding. I hadn't done any type of flooring for awhile.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEM, EXCEPT FOR THE TIMING. IT'S TAKING DOUBLE THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. WE STILL HAVE A LOT TO FINISH, SO IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO SAY WHAT THE RESULT WILL BE. THE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY NICE TO DEAL WITH, THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO PLEASE.
