Fashion Flooring & Cabinets

Contracted with company in early October. Job was completed in late december. Job consisted of tiling three bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen, kitchen backsplash and granite countertops in the kitchen only. Job was temporarily abandoned after company representative took unwarranted vacation. Job was delayed because the company could not supply the wanted tiles. The workers were extremely messy, leaving tools, trash and debris in around home and work area. Floor tiles were placed in crooked, with jagged poor cuts. Some tiles were cracked or chipped. Company had to come in and place shoebase around edges to cover up poor cuts. Grout was excessive and smothered on baseboards and walls. Several holes were later found in grout. Workers damaged existed hardwood floors during job. Granite counterops were poorly placed. Granite placed on kitchen island caused cracks to wood. Original granite on island was excessively too large and was replaced with another slab of granite which was a different length on all sides. This slab also had open cracks in it. Slab had to be replaced again. Backsplash was poorly done, leaving excessive grout, damaging the kitchen cabinets and leaving several tiles with no grout at all. Several tiles in the backsplash were crooked, cracked and chipped. Backsplash had to be re-done and was still poorly done, leaving areas without grout, cabinets dirty and holes and damage to surrounding drywall. Company was made aware of all mistakes, however, took extended amount of time to repair and install. Customer service is horrible. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
