House Cleaning
The housekeeper arrived late and immediately informed me she could only stay for 5 hours for a personal obligation even though I had booked a 6 hour cleaning. I had a prepared cleaning list as instructed by Sonia, the Office Manager at Dana's but it became clear the housekeeper was not interested in reviewing it with me. I was told by Sonia later that the housekeeper told her she had read the list. Sonia also asked me why I did not express my concerns to the housekeeper, and I explained that it was clear she was not staying one minute over 5 hours and there was not time to do so. My home was left with dusty, the stove top was not cleaned well, mirrors were left smeared and streaked, spills remained on the floor, etc. No one room in my home was cleaned 100%. Sonia offered to send a different crew and would allow one free hour but somehow the offer doesn't seem equitable. I paid $110 for a service and will need to clean up tomorrow after Dana's housekeeper. You should know that this is a referral services and not a cleaning company. I will not use Dana's again.
