Computer Solutions (CS2K) was started in 1997 with the single purpose of providing the best, frustration free computer and IT services to our community. Our Consumer division works with home users and students at affordable flat rate prices and our Business division works will small to medium size business to meet their ongoing IT service needs. After 18 years we are still family owned and operated and all our staff are trained and monitored to meet our high standards of Honesty and Integrity. We are not 100% satisfied until you are.

Laptop that I had an issue would not turn on. Took it in to them again. Technician took a look at it and stated that it appeared that the hard drive crashed and was not covered by the warranty from the first time. Wanted to charge an additional $99 to look at it. Decided I was not going to go that route. Took it home. Got a follow up call from one of the owners who stated that the technician was wrong and that they would look at it for no charge. Took it back, asked how long it would take. Was told a couple of days.
.After not hearing back I called and was told that they had not gotten to it and that the owner was out and would be in that Saturday. Waited that until that afternoon. Did not receive a call so I called back. Was told the owners would not be in until Monday. Expressing dismay I asked him to please have it ready as I wanted to come in and get it. Was then told that the laptop was disassembled and on his desk...and he did not have access to it.
Received a call that Monday that the hard drive crashed and was told the cost to repair it. Cost did not include cost of the part which they had to research. Told him 'no' and to have it ready for me. Expressed concern that it was such a coincidence that it crashed soon after they worked on it to fix the virus. Went in soon after and got it.. Spoke to the owner and expressed my concern about the poor communication and serous delay in getting back to me with the issue.
Have since read other reviews and learned that others have had similar issues with this company.
oh....due to the earlier mentioned issues with Kapersky we removed them from all of our computers and use another virus protection. No problems with viruses any longer.
