IT IS JUST THAT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR QUALITY AND THEIR ESTIMATE. THEY WERE REFERRALS, AND WE ARE MOVING FORWARD WITH THEM. I THINK YOU ASKED FOR PROFESSIONALISM, AND THAT COVERS IT.

I USED THEM TWICE BEFORE. THEY ARE GOOD. THEY HAVE GOOD QUALITY CARPET, AND IT IS BACKED SO IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL COME OUT AND FIX IT. THE SAME PEOPLE WORK THERE NOW AS SEVEN YEARS AGO.

I LIKED THEIR WORK. I'VE USED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO IT. THAT'S ALL THAT I ASK FOR.
