All Weather Roofing

Stephen, the owner, has been in business a long time and is very knowledgeable. The Company was punctual when showing up at my home. There was too many workers for the job though, this was a fairly minor, easy repair job for a roofing Company, yet I counted 5 roofers doing the job. I was in a pinch with the weather being bad and an active leak, however I am certain I was substantially over charged for the job. The crew did a sloppy job on the fireplace flashing and did a poor cleanup. I was confronted by the lead roofer, Armando, regarding what I was paying All-weather for the job because the owner would not show him an invoice. This made my already precarious situation tenser, as there seemed to be some infighting regarding what he and his "guys" were getting paid as a percentage by All-weather. Ultimately, the work I think is fine, but the confrontation as well as the rushed, sloppy job on the chimney flashing (very basic/easy work) is what will cause me not to bring them in on the full re-roofing job I will need done in the next couple of years. Sorry All-weather, but the work and the crew fell short of Stephens?s description and price. One rain since the install and the repair seems to be effective.

THE CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON SCHEDULE.

THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND GOT WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER WHILE STILL KEEPING GOOD WORK ETHICS IN MIND. PROVIDED A GREAT PRODUCT WITH A REASONABLE PRICE.
