Attila showed up and examined the work area and revised the quote to be about 25% higher than the over the phone quote. This did not bother me as I knew the areas were going to be tough to clean and would require some extra work. He completed the work in a timely fashion and the carpets came out beautifully. He even gave carpet care tips and vacuum advice when he found out that our vacuum had just bit the dust. We are very happy with the results we received from this company.
