Excellent. Tim is easy to work with. He sealed off the kitchen with a plastic sheet to keep the dust from spreading through the house. He removed the existing vinyl flooring and sub floor. Installed subfloor and tile and sealed the grout. He removed all debris from the demolition and did a good cleanup.
This is the second job he has done for me and I will use him again if I have another tile job.
