It went very well. Plumber, Tom, was efficient and cheerful, just got right to work, answered any questions I had. The work was completed efficiently, and the job site cleaned up.
Following this work, and seeing that he did good quality work, I asked him about another possible plumbing problem I had with drains in my laundry and kitchen. He listened to my description, checked a few things and promised to come back in two days. He did, he snaked out the drains, twice, clearing them of roots. He had to cut out a section of piping at outside of house to access the cleanout drain and replace a cracked fitting at the iron joint. He then drained two loads to test for leaks and drainage. For this job, Tom charged $170.00, which I consider a bargain.
I would definitely recommend Thomas Plumbing. Everything was clear cut and explained and accomplished exactly as he said it would be.
