Grill Repair
When I first called this company, Andrew answered the phone at about 6:30 p.m. He was very helpful, and we scheduled an appointment. He gave me a price range which was reasonable. Andrew showed up early, and got right to work. He spent about two hours cleaning my grill. The end result was great! My grill looks good (it it at least 9 years old, so it does not look brand new, but it doesn't look 9 years old either). Andrew gave me some tips on how to keep it looking great.
I had contacted two other BBQ grill cleaning companies listed on Angie's List. One never returned my messages. The other asked me so many questions, including asking me to take photos of the inside of my grill so they could determine whether they even wanted to clean it. It was refreshing to work with a professional, responsive service like The Grill Dudes. I will definitely use them again in the future.
