I was very pleased. He said he normally didn't do the particular kind of work I was asking for but he was willing to try and he really did a good job. Actually, he put together a storage shade for me and he built them himself but I wanted something that was not made out of wood because of termite problems and he said well I have never put one before but he said he will buy and put it together and he did and he also built a wooden treated lumber platform to put it on and he leveled the ground. I just got the feeling that he was really interested in helping me and he did a really good job. We just had a major storm where in 48 hours at my house we got 2 inches of rain and I went out yesterday and checked and it didn't leak. It was really well put together. So, if I needed something else done I would certainly call him. I was very impressed with the work he did and his work ethic.
