They were fine. They got the job done over a couple of weeks as it was very labor intensive. The cleanup was fine. The workers were all very cordial and helpful.

He is a contractor that we used and are very disappointed with. We still had problems with repair work that they had done. We paid thousands of dollars to have repairs done. $1500 of repair, leaks, and new sprinkler heads. We had called them in 2013 and a year later we were still trying to get that same area fixed. There was a flood in the backyard. They shut the sprinklers off, they said they repaired it. They dug a hole and everything. They turned the water back on back there. I personally even sent them photos that there was still a puddle. They kept saying, oh no, that hasn't had time to dry out. I said, no it's a new puddle. I sent them the pictures and they responded by sending somebody over really fast with a shovel. They didn't know that I was home but they covered the hole up and then they left. The next thing you know, because of the running, one of the neighbors had called the police because of suspicious activity. The police are ringing my doorbell and I'm going what? It was horrible, a nightmare. The guy that coordinates them, I don't know if he owns the franchise or whatever, this man is ridiculous to deal with. He has hardly ever responded to phone calls. They treated us, and I even told them, I said, you know, just because this has become a thorny cactus back there isn't our fault. You need to correct it. You are charging good money to repair it and then, oh it was horrible.

I was pleased with their service.
