eEric from So Shore Plumbing and Heating called back within an hour to talk about our concerns and schedule a visit. He showed up on time, discussed what needed to be done and how long it would take and kept to those estimates. He cleaned up the area, and tested the water lines and faucet operation.

I could write a book about all the things he has fixed (in the past 5 years) at my old house and now at my new house in Nevada. His contractor's license is in California, but he can fix a lot of things in Nevada as long as he doesn't charge over $500. Most projects he does for me are under $500 and he is always finished before the day is over. (sometimes half-day... he's really fast!)
I can't praise this guy enough. He starts work at 9 a.m. every day and works hard all day long. He keeps track of his future dates on his smart phone and if he says he will be there on a certain day... he will be there (rain or snow... indoor or outdoor project). You will not be unhappy if you call Eric to fix something around your house.
I gave his number to an old female friend who complains all the time; especially about people who come to her house to fix things, and I didn't say anything to Eric about her.
She had a huge project that took Eric a week to complete. I called her near the end and asked her how it was going and she was complaining about the toilet being too far away from the wall and she said, and quot;He won't be able to move it without making a huge project out of it and I'm not going to pay for his mistake... etc.and quot;
I told her, and quot;Eric will fix it and he may come up with another way to do it other than what you can see.and quot; I saw him a week later and he said he finished and she was happy and she never called back. (She likes to call back and complain to people who worked on her house)
I knew that I didn't have to tell him that she was a and quot;problem customerand quot; because he is so easy going and he always makes his customers happy. He knows that and quot;A happy customer is a return customerand quot; and I'll bet our old friend calls him again someday like I have... dozens of times. One of Eric's specialties is installing gas stoves and he talked me into getting a Westport stand-up stove in my living room (it burns 30,000 BTU's) and I'm sure glad I did. It keeps the house warm enough to where I don't have to turn on the 70,000 BTU furnace all winter. I can save it for just air conditioning in the summer.
