Select Home Warranty

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT waste your money on Select Home Warranty because they will take your money and leave you stranded when you actually need service. I paid $2,200 for their so-called "home warranty" and filed a claim for my stove repair. What did I get in return? Lies, broken promises, and complete frustration! Over a month of waiting, and no one showed up. Every time I called, they said a technician was coming—but no one ever came. When they finally sent a technician, he was completely unqualified and did absolutely nothing! I stayed home just for him to waste my time. No report was ever submitted, and Select Home Warranty did nothing about it. After countless calls, I finally told them to cancel my policy since they were clearly not going to help me. Yet, they still had the nerve to keep my money! This company is a fraud. They take your money and disappear when you actually need them. I even filed a dispute with my credit card, and Select Home Warranty lied about providing services when they had done absolutely nothing! They are dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor—RUN in the opposite direction and find a real home warranty company that actually honors its contracts. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

They did pretty good. They also gave me several works and did free services.  I had no problem and they get a hold of their contractor. They were prompt with their service and they got everything in a timely manner.

Ivon is in charge of the claims department and she has yet to send my check. Jack is apparently the owner but you will only get recordings. This company is a joke. No one ever comes!
