The floor was not installed properly. It would squeak and it did not look good. It took weeks for them to come back out to complete their work. They left it unfinished a lot. They were very responsive to my calls. Stan would send out other workers to do the work but he was very uncommunicative. They were nice people they just did not follow through with their work. We had to hire another company to finish the job.
