Very smooth install of the only professionally tested soundproof window add-ons (custom made to fit your existing windows by soundproofwindows.com). Tested at NWAA Laboratories, and measure 25 to 30 dB of isolation when installed over existing single pane windows. Ryan is not the cheapest installer, but if you want the most knowledgeable and quickest installer he is the MAN. He came out in advance and accurately measured my windows so the manufactured product would be correct.
