Plumbing
So, on Monday, two days after my husband leaves town, I notice the
toilet is backing up. The plunger is not working and soon I see water
in the bathtubs and kitchen sinks.
Never, ever having to use a plumber, I turn to Yelp (as I do for most
everything!) and find RCV. I call around 10:00am - they can be out
between noon and 2:00pm. Wow, same day service! Around 1-ish they call
to tell me they're running a bit late (I'm very impressed!). After Randy
arrives - and yes, he did call to say he was on his way - and does a
quick evaluation he discovers we don't have a ground level "cleanout,"
so he'll have to do it from the roof. This is a 2-man job and his
co-worker won't be available until Wed. evening. He gave me the option
of calling another company but I decide to stick with him. True to his
word, he called on Wednesday (even earlier than promised!) and he and
Joe snaked the drains and everything was back to normal.......
I can't express how impressed I was with the service! Randy (and Joe) are
so kind, courteous, efficient, punctual AND honest! Since I was on my
own (and I know zero about plumbing issues) he could have taken
advantage, but instead even gave me a discount because I had to wait two
days before he could address the problem!
All that's left to say is WOW!!!
