Rosendo Almaraz

I am still trying to get all the services I paid for from this company.  I hired them because I saw them working on the landscaping at the Target in Cathedral City and figured they were a good crew to get hired for such a big job.  All I needed were my ficus trees cut back about 6 feet, the leaf debris cleaned out from under them and my lawn reseeded.  The crew that showed up was just one man and child about 12 years old.  My trees are roughly 18-20 feet tall so this was not enough people to do the job correctly.  They cut the bottoms of my trees all at different angles, and not to the height I requested.  They did not touch the front of the trees at all.  They did reseed the lawn, but they failed to clear out the leaf debris under the trees as I asked.  I spoke to Rosendo a month after this happened and he came out to look at the work and agreed to finish clearing the debris and cutting the trees.  He also suggested increasing the watering of my lawn for the seeding and I agreed.  After this conversation I left town for 2 weeks.  When I returned my water bill was $245!  In all the years I have lived in this house and had my lawn reseeded (every year) it has NEVER been more than $90.  I don't know what he did with my water, but this was unacceptable.  I left him alone about it for several months but started contacting again in February about completing the job which he always states he's going to send people out and they never show. I have had to hire a separate company to do the work I've already paid him to do!  In the end, they didn't do the job correctly either and I've had to clear out the leaf debris myself.
