We needed her help and there's been some things that she's helped us with. We purchased a home and it closed on July 30th. It's in a great neighborhood, it's 2,000 square feet, it's 4 beds, 3 baths, and it's amazing. Everything was absolutely amazing, we've had some issues regarding the last owner, she thinks that it's still her home even though she went out 11 years ago and we've had some other issues regarding inspections and even 5 or 6 months after we purchased the house, she's still been with us every step of the way. With her it's not just a job that ends with the closing of the house, she's been with us every step of the way, she's very professional, we actually formed a friendship and she will be at our wedding. She takes it so personally. I know other realtors finish it when the house is closed, but we've had issues even up to last week where we needed her help and she has been there through it all.
