Roger Correia

I replaced 5 windows in my stucco home (actually, 4 windows and one 72" sliding glass door).  I had Roger patch the stucco that had been removed around the new windows and slider, on the exterior of the house.   Basically:  ? Wrap exterior openings with  paper, Wrap exterior with self woven wire and metal lath, Nail off wire with furring nails, Plaster -  Scratch coat / Brown coat, Texture to match existing.  Texture was not an easy one either.  I got three bids.  Two came in at $1800 and Roger bid $1000.  I don't always go with cheapest but, I felt comfortable with Roger so I went ahead with him.  Glad I did.  His guys (3 of them) were on site the next day and knocked out the work in about 7 hours (including lunch break).  They did a fantastic job and matched the texture perfectly.  I was thrilled with Roger and the work his crew did.  I'll hire him again, as I will have more work to do later.   They crew was professional, respectful of my property, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, great to work with.  I gave them a 15% tip.
