It was issue after issue with the roll-away service. I haven't had any issues with my regular home garbage service provided by this company, but when I rented the dumpster for a remodeling project, there were repeated problems. First, the container wasn't delivered on time, but customer support couldn't tell me what the problem was because the person who I had ordered the service from was on vacation (and apparently they have no system of keeping records that can overcome someone being on vacation). When the dumpster was finally delivered late (causing my yard to be blocked from the contractor doing the work), I was told that it was going to be picked up later the same day and that there was no way to change it, plus they couldn't tell me what time. SO, I took the morning off work to ensure I could get all the debris into the dumpster in time for it to be picked up. It wasn't actually picked up until four days later after another phone call. The icing on the cake was the bill, which charged me dumpster rental for an entire month when I actually only ordered it for four days (and had it for five because the company didn't pick it up on time). Customer service was polite, but none of the actions they supposedly took to fix the problem ever worked. It was a nightmare from start to finish, and I feel it was overpriced to boot. I am seriously considering canceling my residential service because the experience was so bad. I wouldn't recommend using this company again for anything.
