Like all pool service providers they start out excellent and my pool looked great. Then my skimmer stopped working and he told me he would look at it and that my pool would not circulate correctly anymore. He then just would show up dump chemicals and then leave, never brushing the pool so it got progressively worse. Brown/green algae on the bottom and dirt sitting. He then told us we either had to buy 2000 dollars worth or equipment or drain the pool altogether because it was beyond repair at this point. We had had enough and looked into the creeper ourselves and found that there was a set of goggles caught in the bottom so I took the googles out and after 1 week of doing family maintenance and the help of the folks at Leslie's pool store we are proud to say our pool is restored. I told him not to come anymore and he should call me, never heard from him again so I have not paid my last bill since he just destroyed my pool during the summer month and me and my kids could not use it anymore now that school is starting again. He was rude also when I was asking about the pump valves and wanting to make my pool nice again he told me he had to many pools so he didn't have time to brush them all. So I guess I helped him out because now my pool will never require his service again.
