Contacted Jason and a number of other Services on Thursday May 15, 2014. Pool Service by Jason was the first to call me back same day and we set up a time to meet the next day (Friday) at my house. He came out gave me a quote and we agreed upon weekly service. He said he would start on the 23rd. Late afternoon on the 23rd I received a text from Jason saying that the week has been a little nuts and if it would be OK to come on Saturday. I said Saturday was fine and appreciated him letting me know. Saturday at 5 pm I text him to see if he was still coming out to clean my pool. He said he was stuck in traffic but trying to. Never heard from him again. I have called and text him a number of times. But he has not responded. I can not say if his actual service is good or not, but very unprofessional in dealing with clients. Be careful!!
Description of Work: Did not perform Weekly pool Service.
