They are spectacular.  I would highly recommend Derek.  As far as installing a tank-less water heater goes, not a lot of them know what they are doing and they do.  Their customer service from their technician Derek was outstanding and they worked with us to resolve the issue because we had a tank less water heater before, that was installed when the house was built and it died, so we had to go ahead and replace.  They troubleshot and worked whatever they could to find if there was a replacement for us because even if the manufacturer replaced it for us, we would have had to have additional parts and do different things.  So they actually continued to help find us another replacement that would work, so their customer service was outstanding and the service that we received was outstanding.  They were just wonderful.  I would not call anybody but them when it comes to my tank-less water heater.  Their price was probably not fair because I think they should have charged us double or lot more.
