Perez Asphalt Construction

I didn't have any problems with the work that they did. They plus side is that they were willing to do small jobs. Basically, all the other asphalt companies I talked to, this company had the best price. They were just more inclined to do the small job. The impression that I had with them, but I didn't bring it up with them, was that they would put a coating of asphalt over the whole thing. They ended only doing a portion of the parking lot. The crew was very cooperative though and did a good job. The work order was very brief and only said 8 tons of hot asphalt and it seemed like that's what they laid. I had someone who asked me how much they charged for this and and I told him and he seemed very honest and ethical. he said that he would have done it for us for about half that amount so that leaves a question about them. For what they did they seemed to do very well. Whether it was a good deal for what they did remains to be seen because I don't have that much experience with this type of work.
