I found this company through Angie's List, I just assumed they had been vetted. Joe Stevens is extremely unethical. Part of my contract included the permits - Joe lied and told me the permits were signed off on - they were not and there were numerous corrections to be made. He said he was covering house and garage permits then came back and said he needed a check for the garage permit even though he never got the garage permit. I wound up paying someone else to make things right. That new roofer found that on the garage roof not visible to me Pedrino Roofing used old shingles they probably pulled off another house. Joe kept asking me for a $1K every couple of days to "pay his guys" I then found out he wasn't paying his guys. When called to make corrections Joe just lies. Pedrino takes money from innocent and unsuspecting people and does a horrible job, if the job even gets completed. These are not people that are going to honor any warranty. I blame Angie's List for this horrible unethical company.

It seems like a ponzi scheme. They take cash off you to pay off jobs that never got finished and then ask you for more money to complete your job. Then they don't pay the people that do the work. The only reason they get a D and not an F is because the subcontractors they hired were good and did good work.

Sales Reps were very personal and informative.  Workers were professional and friendly.  project was completed to my satisfaction.
