Nviro floors

They do come back. If there's a problem, they make everything right and they're really good. He's a really good guy. He's very personable, very professional and does what he says he's going to do. He's from Thailand and they're a really nice family. The Thais work hard and have the utmost when it comes to work ethic. I've had more problems with Americans than I've had with Thais. I have no complaints with the people from Thailand that are here. He knows his stuff and he's very reasonable. He's not just a floor guy. He has a degree in network engineering and administration with a Business Degree. He even offered to come back and polish my floors before I run out the house and not even charge me, but I wouldn't let him do it. I would pay him something for sure. The quality is good. He shows up when he says he's going to show up and he gets you done quickly. I only had to move out of the house for a few days because you have a choice of water-based or oil-based. I used an oil-based, which is polyurethane and you don't want to be in the house because that stuff could kill you. It's like lacquer.
