Water Heater Service
They came quickly. They were honest, they were on time, they were polite, they made sure they cleaned up after themselves, they answered the phone, returned phone calls, they were just nice people. There were three guys that came out to do the water heater and the water heater was in the basement and it was very full of sediment and took them a long time to drain that and it was pretty heavy getting up the staircase in the basement - it's just not a big space so they had to - I don't know. It was heavy and a small space. The other one was when they drained the toilet at my house and he spent so long that at the end, I was surprised that he didn't charge me more for spending so much time. I think he was there for three hours or so and another plumber would have charged more for that.
