This is my 3rd time using Modernized Ceilings - the 1st time was for popcorn removal and ceiling texture, the 2nd time was to paint the interior of my house, and the 3rd time was a combination of both in a new home we purchased.
Daniel uses Dunn Edward paints - all you have to do is pick out the color you want. He uses caulking to ensure the wall and ceiling lines are clean...this is my favorite part.
He works well with other contractors - which can sometimes be a challenge.
Daniel and his team do a really great job and are good at the attention to detail, as I am very picky. They clean up every day before they leave.
Daniel has a hard look - but don't let that fool you. He is a great guy and his work is amazing - I would not have used him 3x in a row if that was NOT the case.
