I have a home warranty on a rental home in Redding, and my tenant, a sweet 85 year-old lady, called me to report that the air conditioner wasn't working. I called the warranty company and was told that Modern Comfort Solutions would be contacting me within 2 days. On the morning of the third day, having not heard from Modern Comfort Solutions, I called and left a message, indicating that my elderly tenant was without air conditioning (it is very hot in Redding). By that evening, I had still not heard from them, so I left yet another message. By the middle of the 4th day, I still had not received a return call, so I contacted the Home Warranty Company and they referred me to another vendor, Comfort Heating and Air, who had a technician fix the problem within 24 hours. Shame on Modern Comfort Solutions for their complete lack of responsiveness.
