He told me he was going to do all of the soil. He only came back to fix the soil because I came after him. He wasn't happy. He was rude and had an attitude. I loved the plants he picked out and the work was okay. I just had to stay on him. I had questions about the plants he put in and he wouldn't answer me. I am particular, but they charge a lot.
