Michael Decker Plumbing

The first time I called him, I thought my hot water heater is on and it was after 5 o'clock on a Friday night and I called my other plumber that I've used a long time ago and they did not have an after hours number. I saw his number on the phone book and he was here immediately. When we discovered it wasn't my hot water heater it was out of a propane and he refuse to leave until the emergency propane member responded to my call and I asked him how much I owed and he said nothing because he didn't do anything. He was so polite and so respectful. I had a job for him to replace my kitchen faucet. He told me he would be here at 9:30 yesterday, he was here, I think he must have been sitting on the corner so that he could be here exactly at 9:30. I have elderly friends who really have financial problem that had a leaky kitchen faucet, and so I said, " would you take this to their house and install it". He said I'll do it right now and he only charged me about half of what he charged me to put my faucet because that's what his part of the contribution to help these people. This is a nice guy and he does a great job.
