He moved up to LA and then started working for a plumbing company. I told him that I could not afford so much because I had just come out of hospital and all. He said that he was leaving the company the next day, because he is a general contractor, and was moving up to LA. He said I should call him back the next day and we would talk, because he didn't want to do anything illegal. I called him back the next day, and he said he would charge me $2200. I asked him to come and do it. I have at least $75000 worth of landscape in my back yard, and he took a picture of all this. He made sure he didn't touch any of the plants, and went through a zig zag to where the stones were. He took all the stones out, he replaced everything back. He did the whole thing for $2200. I told him that my toilet did not flush right, and he went to the store, and got a whole new inside of the toilet for me, and I asked him how much I owed him, and he said that he had told me $2200, and that is how much it would cost. He was here every day, it took him longer than it would a professional company, because he did it alone, but he worked very hard. He worked every day for 8 hours for 3 days, and didn't stop until the work was finished.
