They are more professional, they have fleet trucks, they are nice. He took it to a new level. Everybody in the neighborhood got his number and we are all having our houses painted. The landscaping job and the sprinkling systems they installed were perfect. They did it in the heat of the weather last year which was 100 degrees. He came by and checked it every day. It was nice, he was very professional. The paint job really stands out, it is amazing how it looks. The whole neighborhood just went wow. The guy did a great job. He had a crew of 4, got it done in a week. We had weather where it was raining, he came out and water blasted and prepped the house. Then it was dry and he came out and it was getting warm at that point. He knocked out all of the prep work, all of the caulking and everything. Then he painted the house and it is a free color house and it is awesome. Even the home owners associated wanted to know the colors were that I used. They were here at 6:30 in the morning and were done by 1:00. They were here punctual and quiet. By Saturday it was just a touch up and walk through.
