Hired Jeff Gogna on 1/21 after his submission of a bid proposal for a sizable list of home improvement projects at our new home in Carlsbad.
The relationship began in a professional manor and Jeff was prompt in his replies. Things quickly began to change as initial timelines that were agreed upon were blown. Three weeks into the job he simply stopped making progress, after payment was made in full. Questions have continuously been met with excuses about scheduling delays, material delays, etc.
At this point we have asked for a partial refund. After starting in January, we're into early April and the job remains unfinished. We've since hired another contractor to complete the work and are awaiting to hear a response on the request for a portion of our payment back. I will updated accordingly if we find an amicable resolution.
