Javier Garcia remodeling contractor

Javier Garcia is a Mexican handyman without license. I hired him because he looks honest and his price is not high. This is my worst decision. It turns out that he knows little about his work because of his lack of training and professionalism. He always gets stuck in the process (especially plumbing, shower/tub installation) and it takes him a lot of time figuring out the problems. It seems that he is learning while doing his job for me. During the process he keeps asking for extra money for various kinds of reasons I haven't expected before.
After the project is finally done, a lot of problems crop up a few days after I move back. The pipes under the sink are leaking three days after I move back and use them. Also, he did not put the necessary parts inside the tub and as a result the tub cannot hold water. He installed recessed lights but in the process pierced and destroyed my ceiling heating system. He installed the granite splash board but broke it into two parts. He did not install the cabinet knobs for me as written in our contract, and he threw them away and I could never find them. He drank Coke and poured the rest on the tiles he just installed for me and left many stains.
I called him many times, asking him  to repair his work, because he promised 10 years warranty in our contract. He answered for the first time and said that he would come. He never showed up and from then on did not answer my calls. When we were writing the contract I asked him to show me his driver's license so that I can get his address. He said that he never brings his driver's license while driving. When these problems crop up, I even do not know his address. All I know is his name and his cell number: 714-737-3174
