First of all, he was rude. But most importantly, he did not consider a permit on one part of my family room. I felt he did an unfair appraisal. I tried to call network capital, since that is who I found him through. I found him rude, uncooperative in answering questions. He definitely did not give credit for a part of my house, which of course dinged the report, which goes against the value of the property. I would not recommend him to anyone else.
