Plumbing
They were very quick. It wasn't a major emergency but they were there the same day. He came out and listened to what I had to say and told me, "You probably don't need me. I'm not even gonna do anything. Just call the city because this is what the problem is." He didn't charge me or anything, he just gave me some advice. I called the city, they came out and corrected the problem because it was their problem. The two things that stood out was how prompt he is and the other is how very honest he was. He didn't bill me for the advice, he came out and talked to me. The second time, when he cleared the plugged sink in my kitchen he charged me less than a $100.00. It was very reasonable. Considering he wasn't even in town at the time and he had to drive from Perth to San Fancisco from a previous job, he got to me in the pouring rain, waited outside and took care of the problem.
