Flooring
They tore out the old carpet and installed the new carpet. Vacuumed the carpet. Before installing the new vinyl, the old vinyl was smoothed out to make it level. Old vinyl was cut in places to make a better fit. Then the new vinyl was installed on top. It was beautiful after they finished with both installations.
There was no charge for the service since it was covered by homeowner's insurance after a burglary and arson.
