Frontier

This is the worse company I've every dealt with. They would never fix any of the problems I had with them. They couldn't assign me a proper account number. They would send me to subcontractors in the Philippines that didn't have any authority to do anything. The person that I did get a hold of, that did have the authority, didn't do her job.

Verizon sold and turned it over to Frontier, and they completely messed it up. The problem started about 2 months ago. If I had another option, I would not use them again. They messed up my billing. The quality of service is awful. I haven't had a serviceman out so I can't really grade punctuality. I have telephone, television and internet service with them. They really messed up the telephone, and the television was a little iffy too. I have 2 telephone lines, one is a fax line and one is a regular land line and they set up my bill in such a way that the only change I can make is to the fax line so there is no way that I can change some of my options like call waiting on the main line. I have put a complaint to the FCC about it. It is that bad. Some of their calls get routed to the Phillipines and they are very nice, they say have a nice day and can I help you, but they are totally worthless, they should save their money.
